Sometimes collisions happen because of distracted driving. Serious injuries can occur when drivers are distracted, or when drivers don’t follow the rules of the road. Texting while driving, and using a cell phone while driving can be very dangerous because it takes the driver’s attention away from the road. Sometimes drivers simply don’t pay enough attention to what they’re doing, or ignore traffic rules because they’re in a hurry.
