A WORD ABOUT THIS LIST:
The Turley Law Firm is proud of its extensive and successful experience representing victims of many types of accidents caused by the neglect of others. The following list of NOTABLE RESULTS demonstrates the broad array of some of the types of cases that have either been tried to a jury verdict or settled. But in viewing this list you must remember: many verdicts are later reduced in size, either by agreement or by an appellate court. All cases are different and results in one case does not mean another case will yield the same result. Unless a verdict, all amounts were agreed settlements.
