The Negligence
department is experienced in the investigation, discovery, preparation, and trial of a
wide variety of personal injury and wrongful death cases involving Negligence.
The areas include truck and car collisions, sexual
abuse, railroad crossings,
premises liability, inadequate security, workplace injuries, electrocutions, construction
site injuries, sexual abuse and governmental claims.
Experienced lead counsel and a strong support
staff, along with support provided by
affiliated companies and outside investigators, photographers, videographers, and
computer research specialists, assist the Negligence staff, to maintain
high standards in litigation.
The Negligence group's experience is primarily in
Texas; however, the firm has handled, or currently handles, cases on behalf of injured
Plaintiffs, or their survivors, in State and Federal courts throughout the United States,
including Arkansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Nebraska, and Louisiana.
